Cornbread – homemade

Corn bread is a tasty classic that can be made child’s play and a hearty bite into corn bread takes some back to their childhood.

In preparation, we take 600 g of our high-quality corn flour. We add a teaspoon of sugar. We mix it in a container, gradually add 4 dl of hot water and stir everything into a dough.

We spread out a round baking dish with a tablespoon of fat.

We put the dough into the pan regularly and then into the preheated oven at 250 degrees. If the surface of the bread glows brown-gold yellow, this is the signal that the corn bread can be taken out of the oven. A seductive scent flows through your kitchen and a first bite conjures up a blissful smile on your face.
